Refund Request

  • Please provide a valid reason for your request. All refund requests are subject to approval.
    You should have received a receipt when you provided payment which required your signature. Send all signed receipts to the email provided at the bottom of this form. All receipts must be signed and sent in for the refund claim to be processed.
    A standard refund could take up to 90 days to process. That does not mean it will take 90 days, it simply means that it could. The 110% refund is a way for you to earn money back simply by leaving it with the company additional time. Typically, investors receive a 10% ROI yearly. This is a great tool to use if you can take your time collecting the refund.
  • Provide your bank wire information here if you chose to receive a bank wire refund. If you have chosen to receive a cashier's check in the mail, please provide the mailing address.
    Refund policy: All refunds shall be reviewed by the company members. Approval or denial of the requested refund will be determined upon review of any agreement that was made verbally or in writing. This includes all written and verbal communication. All receipts must be signed and emailed to nwirenttoownhomes@gmail.com for review. All approved full refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the formal request. If you are electing to receive 110% refund through profit sharing, you will be refunded 100% of your funds plus an addition 10%. Any and all disputes that cannot be agreed upon between the company and client shall be handled through 3rd party arbitration only.
